Working on a a workout routine that addresses the weight training for Body Opus, adds enough cardiovascular work to tackle fat stores, while being sane about the depletion workout:

Monday – Weights (upper body) and cardio (running)

Tuesday – Cardio (running)

Wednesday – Weights (lower body)

Thursday – Cardio (running)

Friday – Depletion workout (30 minutes Viking Warrior Conditioning/30 minutes treadmill work)

Total Time: 16 minutes

Goal:  30 Minutes “Tangential Endeavors”
