2011 – Last 100 Days
T-62 Days To Go

Goal:  1 hour per day working on the film
Digitized 2009 footage from a February interview with TQ (two tapes)
Digitized 2008 footage from 31 October interview where TQ talks about the Nat Turner liturgy at St. Mary’s.   Yes, it has been three years. Wow!

Check out the artwork  by Lester Yocum , and Jesse Weiman who did the TQ as Superman picture you see above, which is his interpretation of the newspaper photo.
Total time:  3 hours

Goal:  30 minutes per day music practice
“Granby Street” on the MojoCaster.  Smoothing out the lyric swap and ending vocals.  Experimented with going from the ending (A chord) into the E – B/D# - C#m – A chord progression.  With some work and nuancing the ending, it makes a nice transition.

R&B chord progression work.  Focused on texture and tone.
