Details: electric warm ups and Requiem (Dies Irae) work. Emphasized working.through the whole piece at a reduced speed, then focused on the octave work leading into the lead piece and ending.

5 sets of 4 (per side) KB snatches 50 lbs
5 sets of 5 (per side) KB snatches 50 lbs
Total time: 18 minutes
With “ladders,” you perform the set of one rep per side, then 2 reps per side, etc, up to 5 reps. Rest, rinse and repeat (five times in this instance). Splitting the difference between wiped out from seven days in a row of working out and sparing the legs after yesterday’s TRX workout. Cardio tomorrow.
