Electric warm ups on the Roland Strat
“Granby Street” - worked on vocals, lyrics settled

- Goal: 15 minutes per day (minimum) exercise:
Kettlebell Swings - 10 sets of 5 (per side) 45lbs
Kettlebell Snatches - 5 sets of 5 (total) 45 lbs at end of move walked with KB overhead
Double Kettlebell Front Squats 5X5 2X45lbs walked at the end of each set with KB's racked
Total time: 25 minutes

Notes: Felt good to rush home and wedge in that workout before the sun went down. Well worth it.
