Organized notes from previous logging sessions.
Total time:  90 minutes

Goal:  30 minutes per day music practice

Goal:  15 minutes exercise per day

D-sus rhythm work
“Dies Irae” – 20X followed by focus on the dyad/octave work
 “Granby Street” – Acoustic version - vocal work with lyric swap

Notes:  The Metabolic Resistance Training was harder than expected.  I will substitute body weight (“air”) squats for the hip extension.  Used a 25lb dumbbell for the rows.  I thought that was too light, but after four sets, it was more than enough,.
