Goal:  1 hour per day working on the film

Total time:  1 hour

Goal:  30 minutes per day music practice
Details:
MojoCaster warm-up
“It’s Your Thing” – Isley Brothers
 “Talkin’ Loud and Sayin’ Nothing” – Living Colour version
Pat Metheny – Etude #1 bars 1-4 25X. 
Total time:  30 minutes

Goal:  15 minutes exercise per day
Kettlebell 20:20 routine
Set 1:  Kettlebll swings  - 20 reps per side
Set 2:  Kettlebell clean and press – 20 reps per side
Set 3:  Kettlebell snatch – 20 reps per side
Set 4:  Overhead kettlebell lunges – 20 per side
Set 5:  Kettlebell high pull – 20 reps per side
Set 6:  Kettlebell suitcase deadlifts – 20 per side
Protocol:  20 seconds rest between sets.  Ran through the routine twice.
Total time:  35 minutes (whew)

Goal:  15 minutes per day working on the score for the movie
Details:
“Dies Irae” – 25X  in groups of five, allowing me to focus on execution
“Dies Irae” – Concentration on dyad climbs, octaves and chord beginning/ending.
“Granby Street” – On the MojoCaster, focus on lyrics, tempo and ending
A Dorian intervallic riff  - this riff was where the Am –D7 riff came from.  Need to multitrack this with the chords to see if it works.
Am – D7 chord progression, pulling in palm mute A and A octave and D bass. 
E – B/D# - C#min – A  R&B chordal riff work.  Focus on smooth transitions and tone.
